Partner or perish! You can have partners in manufacturing, R&D, product development, sales, distribution, and customer support. There are three things to consider when identifying partners. First: Who loves you? Who hates you? Second, how does each partner contribute to your earning and learning? Third, what will you and your partner give and get in the partnership?

QUESTIONS THAT REQUIRE AN ANSWER:

  • - Do you know who loves you and who hates you?
  • - Do you know why?
  • - Do you love the partners who love you and avoid those who hate you?
  • - Do you know how the partners will contribute to your revenues and profits, and to develop your core competences?
