Always have an ambition to go global! At least that will give you the reason to explain to yourself and others’: why not? A go global company needs more resources, new types of resources, and takes time from what is already currently running within the company. Have faith that you can do it but at the same time be humble. Different cultures, different players, stakes, and provincial code in different parts of the world will influence your business and how successful you will be.
